Panerai Luminor 1950 8 Days GTM
Panerai was founded in 1860 in Florence by Giovanni Panerai. It later became the official supplier to the Royal Italian Navy and expanded to building precision instruments. The company has four collections: historic, contemporary, manifattura and special edition. It is most famous for its Radiomir and Luminor watches.
The Panerai Luminor 1950 8 Days GMT is an excellent addition to Panerai's Manifattura collection. The Luminor 1950 8 Days GMT is inspired by Panerai's military past but has an updated, sharp design with precise detailing.
The 44mm diameter steel case contains Panerai's patented bridge that protects the winding crown which ensures water resistance (up to 100 meters). The watch has a power reserve of 8 days by using three spring barrels, tested by Panerai at the end of the 1940s and still used to this day. The Luminor 1950 8 Days GMT has a black dial with luminous numerals and hour markers and a window for day/night indication. It also comes with a hand sewn leather strap and personalized steel buckle.
