
Grinders Coffee was founded in 1962 by Giancarlo Giusti. Four years ago, Giusti retired and the brand was purchased by Coca-Cola Amatil which has allowed the brand to grow and flourish. Launching new brands and moving to a bigger warehouse in Melbourne, Grinders has become a world-class brand. By clearly defining their individual brands Grinders has better met the needs and wants of their customers.
Training in the Grinders industry is an intense experience, unlike any other in the world. Equipped with projection and digital filming for playback and live demonstrations, Grinders trains around 2,000 customers a year in their Victorian-style sun-lit space. Their programs are constantly updates to meet the evolving business needs of their clients and the high standards set by the World Barista Championship and the Australasian Specialty Coffee Association.
